The Champaign County Municipal Court is presided over by the Honorable Gil S. Weithman. Judge Weithman is a 1983 graduate of the Ohio Northern Claude W. Petit College of Law. Judge Weithman has previously served as the Champaign County Municipal Prosecutor, City of Urbana Law Director, and as a Magistrate for Mayors Courts in Saint Paris, North Lewisburg, and Mechanicsburg.
