Judge Gregory L. HarveyJudge Gregory L. Harvey was born and raised in Champaign County, Ohio. He is a graduate of Urbana High School. After high school, Judge Harvey received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wittenberg University; a Master of Business Administration degree from Mount Vernon Nazarene University; and a Juris Doctorate degree from Western Michigan University. Judge Harvey received his bar license to practice law shortly thereafter.
Professionally, Judge Harvey has extensive legal experience including employment as a former Assistant Prosecuting Attorney; a Guardian ad Litem; a Defense Attorney; and as the Magistrate of the Champaign County Municipal Court. Judge Harvey has served on numerous local public and private boards for the betterment of the community.
Judge Harvey assumed the bench January 1, 2026.
